This is for all my ATL fans out there! We are playing an ALL-AGES show at the Masquerade on Saturday Feb. 29, at 6:00! It is going to be an awesome show, and we want to show all those other bands that the ABB fans are crazy, fun and KICK ASS people! So, please come and support your local band! Come out and ROCK with us. Just promise me when you come out that you don’t just sit around like a stiff, but come out and jump and scream and ROCK OUT!!

PS how many times can I say “rock” in one entry! lol

I got back from LA last night, and here is what happened. We went to the awards show and it was pretty cool. They had a bunch of different acts play after every few awards. There was a band from lithuania and china and so on and so forth. We played a good show and ended up placing 6th and 4th for alternative song of the year, and got third place for album of the year! YEA!! go us.

The band left early, but i stayed in LA for this huge music convention called Taxi. i am really fired up about the CD now. so…. studio tonight! yea. i’ll update you guys soon!

Sunday morning we leave for LA! We’re pretty excited. Basically we are leaving early sunday morning, attending a bunch of meeting sunday day and going to the show that night where we will perform “nobody”. If we win an award we get to go up and say a little something when we accept it. It’s a really cool show. I went last year and won the Horizon Award which is like a Best New Artist type thing. This year “Confinement” and “Nobody” were nominated for best Alternative Song. “slacker” and “paper doll” were nominated for punk (?), and “don’t label me” is nominated for best Alternative Album. So whatever happens, we have been lucky to get so far. Its the biggest Music organization in the world.

we were gonna go up on Saturday morning and play at the JPFolks party that night, but we got delayed. I booked a commercial and its shooting on Saturday night, so we changed somethings around.

Anyway, still working on the new CD. more later!

Just writing in about what has been going on. We just got off the Chicks Rock Tour and it was a lot of fun. We met some really great people, and got to play along some really great bands! Not too mention that it was great practice and really broke in our new guitar players! lol. All in all it was a successful trip.

speaking of new players, i just wanna say that tim and dan and zack are just awesome! they are great players, and fun people and I can’t wait for you all to meet them. I luv them to death! BFFM. thats all I have to say about that. haha

okay, probably not the place for inside jokes that no one would get…

anyway, the CD is coming along nicely. the process is going a little slower then expected, but its gonna be awesome, so… I’ll keep you posted about that! rock on.

Yep. We have more players. Now we have two new guitar players. Mark decided that this wasn’t his thing, so we got some really cool new guys. We have this guys named “lt. Dan” Glozier and Tim “TIMMY!” Burris. They ROCK!!! We are so much better with these dudes (no offense to those other guys). So just wanted to let you guys be on the lookout for these kick a** guys!

Hey guys. Okay, T-shirts are done and i am sooo excited! they look really cool, thanks to a man named Buck Jordan! They should be avalible to buy on the site soon. Make sure if you like them you buy one, because these are our test batch. If they sell we are going to order Hoodies, and tanks, and all sorts of other stuff, so let us know!

Well, is really sucks, but we have had some changes in the band. Unfortunately things happen, and bands loose members. It’s a terrible and really hard process, but it happens. Since i last wrote we lost two amazing musicians. Willi, the last to join the band, has left to do his own thing (which is really awesome for him!) and Brian had to leave us as well, for his own reasons. We still love them very much and miss them terribly, but life happens and it’s no ones fault! who knows what could happen in the future. We have a new bass player to replace Brian, and his name is Zach! he is a really cool guy and an awesome bass player! i know you guys will like him! But, we haven’t been able to find a cool guitar player, so if you live in atlanta and you are interested, email us!

Another thing, because we are an indie band, we finance ourselves and rely on our fans to help us keep the band going. sounds cheesy, but it’s true! When the T-shirts are ready, get one and wear it! tell people about us! buy the cd and play it for others! that is how fan bases grow! HELP YOUR LOCAL INDIE BAND TODAY!!!! ~amber brooke~

Hey everyone! Well, as you know, we had some problems with the website recently, so some things may be different. But that’s okay, because a lot is happening with the band and things are going to be different!

First off, we have FINALLY gone back to the studio to start recording on the next record! This is soooooo exciting to me, because the band has evolved so much and really grown since “Don’t Label Me”. We have been writing for quite awhile and really working hard to make this album perfect, so i am excited to see what you guys think of the new material, and hopefully we will have some clips of the new tracks up on the website in the next few weeks. If you want to hear the full songs however, and you live in the cities we are playing in (posted on the website), then come out and join us at our shows to rock out and meet us!
